Prioritise
Surface the information and actions that matter so the day starts with a clearer view of priorities.
CATHERINE · AI ASSISTANT · IN DEVELOPMENT
Catherine explores a new way to support leaders by combining executive-assistance methods with artificial intelligence to organise information, prepare priorities and reduce repetitive work.
THE PROMISE
Surface the information and actions that matter so the day starts with a clearer view of priorities.
Turn emails, calendar items and available information into useful summaries, drafts and next actions.
Reduce repetitive work while keeping human validation whenever an action commits the user.
USE CASES
Bring together meetings, messages and important topics to create a concise overview of the day's priorities.
Identify important messages, summarise them and prepare replies where appropriate, with validation before sending.
Add context to upcoming meetings and surface useful information to make preparation easier.
Turn incoming information into actions to follow and help maintain a clear view of what still needs to be done.
WHAT CATHERINE IS NOT
Catherine is not designed to make decisions for the user, send sensitive messages without validation or automate processes simply for the sake of automation.
The project starts from a simple idea: automate what wastes time, while keeping human judgement wherever context, trust and responsibility matter.
IN DEVELOPMENT
Catherine is currently a project in development and experimentation. Connections, use cases and automations are tested progressively before being generalised.
The principle remains constant: users retain control over their data and important actions. Sensitive functions should rely on explicit permissions and appropriate human validation.
VISION
The goal is not to replace trust, context or judgement. Catherine is designed to free time spent collecting, sorting and preparing information so that attention can return to decisions, people and priorities.
